I had no how idea what I missing with duck fat! These fries are amazing and duck fat is a total game changer!

Hi Deb,
Thanks so much. I served these fries with store bought ketchup, homemade honey mustard sauce and homemade blooming onion sauce. If you scroll through the post, just below the photo of the fry dipping into the sauce, there’s a list of the sauces with links to the recipes.
