Added 1/2 cup raisins (plumped in hot water,drained) and 1/2 an apple in 1/4 inch chunks, kept in water and lemon juice to prevent browning while prepping, then drained; would have added slivered almonds but didn’t have any. Dressing turned out to be in my estimation better than any of the commercial dressings I’ve tried. So far doesn’t seem to have become watery. This will become my go-to for easy cole slaw. Thank you for putting it on the internet.
