Hi Denise,
You could divide the batch by half or fourths for a small batch. This punch is very delicious and always a hit for parties. You could also make the whole batch and freeze any leftovers in a zip top freezer bag up to 3 months.

Hi Jane,
Substitute Sprite for the ginger ale and you can skip the triple sec. Neither of these effect the color, it is red from the cranberry juice. I hope you enjoy it.

I detest ginger ale…and am not a fan of triple sec. What can I use to keep this red colored for a Christmas drink that will keep this red colored and tasty?
