Ive been experimenting with lots of different kinds of sweet rolls and these, so far, have been my absolute favorite. I did make a few changes to the recipe. I used coconut milk in the dough instead of water. I’m the filling i added some cream of coconut (the kind you find in the mixed drink isle at the grocery store) and just a drop of coconut extract. I also made a coconut cream cheese frosting made of cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, cream of coconut and a drop of vanilla extract and coconut extract.

These are amazing!!

Either will work fine. Also, mention to your local grocer that you would like them to carry Red Star Yeast and most times they will accommodate. I hope you enjoy the sweet rolls!
