It's summer, it's hot, and I still gotta have my coffee. So what do I do? I make a fantastic Churro Caramel Frappe that's what!
This summer is flying by and it has been a great one. School starts in about 2 weeks so we are enjoying every last minute.
We have had loads of fun on the new pontoon boat, fishing, swimming and being out on the lake. We took a short drive over to another lake yesterday and I can't wait to take the boat over and maybe do some camping. This has been the summer of fun.
In the next few weeks things will really change as my younger two go back to school and my oldest goes of to COLLEGE! I'm pretty sure I will be making a few more of these Churro Caramel Frappe's to get me through.
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup chilled, brewed coffee
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Cold Stone Creamery Caramel Churro Cold Creamer
- whipped cream and caramel sauce for garnish
Add ice cream, coffee, milk, Churro Caramel into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
