Yes lots of people put sour cream on chili. Not sure about creme though.

I cheat by “baking” potatoes in microwave or wrapping them in foil and “baking” them in the slow cooker. Even though we have frito pie often (just had some last night), I have never thought to top my chili baked potatoes with fritos. Will have to try next time.
