					<description><![CDATA[honestly this recipe needs work. I&#039;m the sense that you don&#039;t have enough details posted or maybe added ingredients. I am not the best cook but have used a handful of different mac n cheese recipes over the last couple months. 

I got to the stage of adding in cheese and knew something was not right. the rous was very, very thick.  but I added the cheese and it just became a crumpled,  sloppy,  greasy cheese mess. thankfully I knew enough to add liquid (i used broth) and was able to salvage the ingredients to make a decent mac n cheese. 
taste is okay. maybe add some more details though for those of us who aren&#039;t the best cooks. out here looking for help and ways to learn.]]></description>
