Biscoff Iced Coffee
It’s been too hot to have very many cups of coffee in the morning and on occasion I have some left over. When I do, I’ve been pouring it into ice cube trays and freezing it.

When it’s frozen, I put the coffee ice cubes into a zip top bag and save them for the days that I have a hankering for iced coffee.
I happened to be a brand new jar of Biscoff Spread in the cabinet and I thought a couple of spoonfuls in an iced coffee would be something new. It was a wonderful cool treat but incredibly rich, so I sipped it slowly and enjoyed every drop.

Iced coffee is a great afternoon pick me up and it’s also a great way to cool off. In this heat I have been wishing we had a swimming pool, even though it isn’t very practical here in Wyoming.
