Yeah its important to satisfy your sweet tooth when you’re sticking to a strict diet. Otherwise when/if you reach your goals you might backslide into old habits, because what you were doing wasnt sustainable. It took me a few cycles of this to figure it out. I cannot wait to make these! I love that we can use frozen berries during the off-season and still have the fresh-from-the-field flavors and treats all year long. Such a gorgeous dessert that is a wonderful option for those who afraid of making pie crust. Naturally gluten-free, this is on my short list!

My mom always liked to make cold, fruit soups in the summer…but I wasn’t as enamored by them like she was. But I think your gorgeous berry version has swayed me—the flavor combination sounds spectacular!!!
