Hello, This is a traditional Mexican dish. Happy to see this. It is a summer life saver and great for baby showers, birthday parties on a budget. Mexicans do not use “yellow” cheese. Try Monterrey Jack or Queso Fresco to take it up another level of authenticity and flavor as well as less greasy. If you don’t know how to make homemade salsa, use jarred and add fresh cilantro or tomatoes Trust me – delicious. Also, your Chicken Salad recipe mixed with shrettuce on tostadas is a fun and inexpensive party food or summer dinner. You’ll love this. Enjoy!
