Hi Kathy,
 I have not made these in the air fryer. After rolling the apple pie egg rolls up, brush with vegetable oil on all sides. Cook in the air fryer basket, with space in between, in small batches at 400°. Cooking time should be 6-8 minutes or until crispy.

 Bake at 375° on a lined or greased baking sheet for about 15 minutes. Brush with butter and bake another 5 minutes or until crispy. Roll in cinnamon and sugar after baking. I hope that helps.
