Hi Rose,
 I have updated the recipe card with the oven instructions. Cook on a parchment lined or greased baking sheet at 375° for 15-17 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Yes you can freeze them. Freeze them on a sheet pan for about 1 - 2 hours and then place in a freezer bag up to 3 months. Freezing them on the sheet pan will let you take them out one at a time. You can also wrap individually with plastic wrap before placing in the freezer bag.
