Easy Vanilla Bean Ice Cream ~ Homemade Summer Time Treat

This is the easiest ice cream in the world.  Just a few ingredients, no eggs, and no cooking, but full of vanilla flavor.  

Ingredients needed:

  • whole milk
  • half and half
  • sweetened condensed milk 
  • vanilla bean

How to make:

  • In a large mixing bowl add milk, half and half and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Scrape seeds from vanilla bean into milk mixture.
  • Whisk together until well combined.
  • Pour into ice cream maker and in about 30 minutes you’ll have delicious ice cream!
  • If you have any left, just place in an airtight container and place in the freezer.

This is perfect for Birthday parties or get togethers. My family prefers vanilla ice cream, especially if it’s homemade, but you could add your favorite berries or bananas or other fruit in the mix.
