Potatoes are the key to my heart every time. I don’t care that they are white and evilly full of carbs, I will happily and unapologetically eat a boatload of them! Add cream and herbs and cheese, and I may never eat anything else ever again. See? I have a bit of a Portion Control Problem when it comes to potatoes! These seriously sound so good, Miss! I hope you have a quiet, peaceful and wonderful Thanksgiving. And of course it will be delicious!

  2. There’s nothing better than cheesy potatoes! Now I’m wishing we didn’t have to have mashed potatoes with our turkey—but there would be a revolt if I altered our menu! Enjoy your day off!!!

Oh my, these Irish eyes are smiling with this dish Milisa! There is no better side dish to me that potatoes, especially when you have them bathing in a rich, cheesy bechamel sauce. I am now dreaming of this for every meal for the rest of the year, LOL! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
