Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosted Cupcakes

Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosted Cupcakes

Peanut butter and chocolate together can’t be beat.  It’s my favorite.  These are made from a chocolate cake mix with a cream cheese and peanut butter  frosting that takes just a few minutes to whip up while the cupcakes bake.  I keep cake mixes in the pantry because they are so versatile and make an almost instant dessert.  To make these extra special, I topped each frosted cupcake with half of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.  Simply delicious!
