No Bake Cinnamon Apple Cheesecakes are a fantastic dessert for the holidays or any special occasion.  Layers of cinnamon cheesecake filling and apple pie filling are a delicious combination and a drizzle of caramel sauce gives it a decadent finish.

No Bake Cinnamon Apple Cheesecakes ~ Easy Apple Dessert

Apple desserts are a fall favorite but this one is so easy that you can enjoy it all year long. This no bake cheesecake was an instant favorite with the entire family and will definitely be on our holiday menus!

Ingredients Needed:

  • Cream Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Cool Whip
  • Apple Pie Filling
  • Caramel Sauce, optional garnish

How to Make No Bake Cinnamon Apple Cheesecakes:

  • Add softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to a mixer bowl and beat at low speed for about 1 minute, raise to medium speed another minute or until creamy and well combined.
  • Add cinnamon and mix until combined.
  • Fold in cool whip.

  • Cut apple pie filling into bite size pieces.

  • Layer cheesecake filling into serving glasses or small bowls alternating with apple pie filling.
  • Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

  • Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving if desired.

Substitution for Cool Whip:

If you are not a fan of whipped topping, substitute 1 cup whipping cream, whipped with ½ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

WHERE TO BUY INDIVIDUAL SERVING GLASSES:

I use these 5 oz juice glasses to make individual servings but any small glass or bowl will work. If I’m making them for crowd, I like to use small plastic party glasses that are disposable.

How to Make into Cinnamon Apple Cheesecake Pie:

Prepare the cheesecake filling and pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Top with apple pie filling. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Top with caramel sauce before serving.

How to Store:

No Bake Cheesecake can be made up to 1 day in advance and kept in the refrigerator, covered in plastic wrap. Best if eaten within 2 days.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping
  • 21 ounces apple pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce optional

Instructions

  • Add softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to an electric mixer bowl and beat on low speed, about 1 minute. Raise to medium and beat another minute or until smooth.Add ground cinnamon and beat at low speed until well combined.
  • Fold in cool whip.
  • Cut apple pie filling into bite size pieces.
  • Layer cinnamon cheesecake and apple pie filling into individual dessert glasses or small bowls.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or up to a day in advance covered with plastic wrap.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce if desired before serving.

Notes

Substitution for Cool Whip: Beat 1 cup heavy whipping cream with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Pie Directions:
Prepare cheesecake filling and pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Top with apple pie filling. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
Drizzle with caramel syrup if desired before serving.

  1. Dinner rolls, mashed potatoes and dessert are the only things that matter, anyway. 😉 These cheesecakes look fantastic! Love how easy they are. I’ve never seen those Bobs Evans apples before so I’ll have to be on the lookout for them!
