White Chocolate No Bake Cookies from Miss in the Kitchen

I like to keep the cookie jar full, so that I have something for guests to nibble on when they come over.  This summer has been so stinking hot and no bake cookies are my favorite to keep on hand.

I was out of peanut butter for my classic No Bake Cookies. Running out of peanut butter is basically a crime at my house, so I decided to try a White Chocolate No Bake Cookie recipe. They took a bit to set up but once they did, I could not stop eating them.

If you are a fan of white chocolate desserts, this White Trash, junk mix is always a hit. I always make it for the holidays and it’s seriously addictive!

  1. Love this idea! Do the white chocolate chips have to contain cocoa butter vs palm oil white chocolate? I know cocoa butter makes better peppermint bark… Also, this recipe calls for old fashioned oats vs quick cooking? I make classic chocolate peanut butter no bakes often and the recipes all call for quick. Thanks so much!

    1. Hi Catherine,
I just used Nestle white chocolate chips for this recipe. As for the oats, use your preference. I just always have old fashioned oats on hand and they have a bit more texture than the quick cooking oats.
