Easy Garlic Parmesan Rolls - Miss in the Kitchen

I hesitate to call these Easy Garlic Parmesan Rolls a recipe but it was too good not to share and if you are like me, there is a time and a place for convenience!  Especially when it tastes this good!

Let me back up to me buzzing through the grocery store last week with no list.  I saw these new sandwich and dip spreads by Hidden Valley.  I picked up a couple of flavors to try out.  My sister-in-law owns our small town grocery store and I love it when she brings in new stuff to try.


I also picked up a couple of cans of refrigerated bread sticks that were on sale.  My family loves those things and they are so versatile.

It seems like right about the time I should be cooking supper my email inbox starts going crazy or the phone rings, so my meal plans have been out the window!  I often revise my plan to something that cooks a little quicker and try to add sides that don’t require much.

As a last minute addition to supper I took out the bread sticks and placed them on the baking sheet without unrolling them.  I was thinking of topping them with Parmesan, rosemary and olive oil but I was out of olive oil! What? How did that happen?

Anyway, I saw the Hidden Valley Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan Spread and I decided to experiment.  I spread it over the rolls before baking them.

The results were delicious!  Okay it doesn’t get any easier than that.  So here you go, two ingredients, 15 minutes and you have yummy bread to go with your supper!

PS. We loved the Smoked Bacon Ranch Spread too.  Loved it with chips and on sandwiches.  Can’t wait to try it on a burger!  Are you hesitant to try new products at the grocery store or do you grab up the new things that you spot and add them to your cart? Easy Garlic Parmesan Rolls
Serves: 8 rolls
  • 1 11 oz can refrigerated bread sticks
  • 3 tablespoons Hidden Valley Oven Roasted Garlic Spread
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Remove bread stick dough from packaging and separate into rolls but do not unroll into breadsticks.
  3. Place on a lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  4. Spread about a teaspoon of Oven Roasted Garlic Spread over the top of each roll.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown around the edges.
  6. Serve immediately.
