Of course this glaze is so simple and delicious that it is perfect for any meal rather it’s a holiday or just an every day family dinner.

Petit Jean Maple Dijon Glazed Easter HamThe glaze is simply Maple syrup, the real stuff not pancake syrup, dijon mustard and fresh rosemary.  So simple but the flavors really come together as the ham roasts in the oven and the result is really out of this world delicious.

Petit Jean Hams are fully cooked, so you are just heating them through in the oven.  The hickory smoked flavor is  my favorite.

The ham is so tender that it really just melts in your mouth.  If you haven’t tried a Petit Jean Meats ham, now is the time and Easter is the perfect occasion.
