A while back I came across a gorgeous drink called the Paloma cocktail, it drew my attention because it was made with tequila.  Come to find out it is the most popular drink in Mexico.

I had to give it a try, of course I had to put my own spin on it by tossing in a few strawberries.  It made for a beautiful cocktail that I can now call my new favorite.

The key to a great cocktail is quality ingredients.  I was lucky enough to be on the receiving end of a bottle of Casa Noble Tequila and some of Hepp’s Black Lava Salt  for this special cocktail.

I think we could all raise a toast with our friends.  My favorite way to raise a toast is with tequila and I think you will find this cocktail to be refreshing and not overly sweet.

The Casa Noble Tequila is smooth and just perfect for mixing cocktails, and the Hepp’s Black Lava Salt added just the right touch for a refreshing concoction.

Rather you are just relaxing with friends or hosting a back yard barbecue, these easy cocktails are sure to please.

Most of our family gatherings happen at our house and I have learned to relax and just go with the flow. It doesn’t have to be a big deal to entertain, especially when it is family. I find that if I’m relaxed so are my guests.

Time spent with family and friends is the best part of life and when we come together there is always good eats and a great cocktail just makes it even better.

My Pineapple Margaritas are usually on the menu for big get togethers, they are great for an easy large batch cocktail. I love that I have found another favorite tequila cocktail in this simple strawberry paloma.

Strawberry Lemonade Margaritas are the perfect frozen cocktail for summer parties!

If you are looking for the Classic Margarita, I make a mean one! I prefer mine on the rocks but they can always be blended for the frozen version.

A Pineapple Paloma is a another fun favorite and I might have to try a frozen version of this Strawberry Paloma. On a hot summer day, YES!

Easy cocktails are my favorite. I don’t have the patience for cocktails with never heard of ingredients or a 27- step process!

The strawberries seem to balance out the tartness of the grapefruit and of course the lime and tequila were already best friends.  I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a prettier cocktail. It’s just too gorgeous to resist!

I know you are going to love it! Salud!
