Biscoff Fudgesicles

by Milisa on June 27, 2013

A beat the heat treat with Biscoff Spread!

biscoff fudgesicles 2

Whew doggies, it is hot outside!  The only thing I could think to do was make popsicles!  Not just any popsicles though, I made Biscoff Fudgesicles!

I am such a Biscoff Spread addict, as if 2 Biscoff recipes in one week didn’t tip you off.  I have been at war with the phone company and I’m hoping the week ends with a happy story.  If not I will just have to make more of these Biscoff Fudgesicles to console myself.

I barely even got a taste of these cool and tasty Biscoff Fudgesicles because the boys loved them.  I will be adding these to the popsicle rotation.  I have dug out my popsicle molds and it will be in the daily routine.  We gotta do something, we are melting.

These treats are cool, creamy and delicious!  With only three ingredients there’s no reason not to make these right now! The chocolate sauce and the Biscoff together is like graham crackers with fudge icing, one of my favorite treats.

Can you believe next week is the Fourth of July?  This summer is flying by too fast!  Stay cool my friends and make fudgesicles!

Biscoff Fudgesicles

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff Spread
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

  1. Add milk, Biscoff Spread, and chocolate syrup into a blender and process until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Cute rocket molds! I’m totally obsessed with these.

Pinned them to my Popsicle board!…which I haven’t made nearly enough use of. But it’s 106 degrees here…108 tomorrow. So, um, I’d say I need these. Desperately.

OMG, love the rocket popsicle molds! We’re big Biscoff fans too — my kids have been asking for the banana cream pie milkshakes I made with it last summer.

My 9 yr old DD is going to go crazy for these. She requests Biscoff spread as a birthday present! She gets it in her Christmas stocking! :) Gonna make these this weekend!

This fudgesicle thing got me thinking about an ice cream cone made from Biscoff product. It even sounds like it would taste good.

My kids cannot eat peanut butter due to their having PKU (Phenylketonuria) and being on a limited protein diet…..but they can have Biscoff…my daughter loves this stuff and will eat the whole jar in one sitting if I let her. I just showed her the recipe and she is over the moon!!! Thx so much…I do believe I will be making this over the weekend…LOL..
