Chocolate Waffle Ice Cream Sundaes from Miss in the Kitchen

Actually the waffles themselves are really good and the kids will likely enjoy them as they head out the door for school this week.  They are a little sweet but not overly sweet or chocolaty.  They are just perfect for snacking or breakfast in a hurry.

But when you pop them in the toaster and add a scoop of your favorite ice cream (mine is coffee) and a little caramel sauce you have a super easy dessert that is perfect for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day!
