Biscoff Iced Coffee

It’s been too hot to have very many cups of coffee in the morning and on occasion I have some left over.  When I do, I’ve been pouring it into ice cube trays and freezing it.  When it’s frozen, I put the coffee ice cubes into a zip top bag and save them for the days that I have a hankering for iced coffee.

I happened to be a brand new jar of  Biscoff Spread in the cabinet and I thought a couple of spoonfuls in an iced coffee would be something new.  It was a wonderful cool treat but incredibly rich, so I sipped it slowly and enjoyed every drop.

Iced coffee is a great afternoon pick me up and it’s also a great way to cool off.  In this heat  I have been wishing we had a swimming pool, even though it isn’t very practical here in Wyoming.  The river is all but dried up and the kids are surviving by taking an occasional dip in the irrigation canal.  What are you doing to keep cool?

Biscoff Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups coffee ice cubes*
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff Spread

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse about 30 seconds or until smooth.  Stop and scrape down sides midway through.

Pour into a glass and serve with a straw.

Enjoy!

I just broke into my latest jar of Biscoff and can’t restrain myself! And then ya know promptly devoured half of it. And lucky me – there is some iced coffee at home. Guess who’s going to be making this tomorrow morning? This girl! Thanks Miss, you’ve done it again. :)

Milisa, this looks so good, I decided to freeze the rest of my morning brew and switch to iced coffee instead! That photo almost knocked me off my chair… frosty, creamy, iced goodness… oh yum.

Trying to figure out where I can Buy Biscoff spread ? I have checked, Walmart,Target,Kroger…no luck ! I did look in the peanut butter sections at these supermarkets. Could it be found, maybe, in another section somewhere? Any info would be appreciated…Thank-you for any replies would be helpful !

I’ve found it at Giant supermarkets in Central PA (in the peanut butter aisle). You can also order from the Biscoff website if you really want some: http://www.shopbiscoff.com/category/biscoffspread

And like someone mentioned, they do occasionally give away product on their Facebook page, I recently received eight jars of it!

If ok to ask Carol, what state are you looking for it in? In FL and GA Walmart, and Publix usually have it and I believe I have seen it in Target. I haven’t been in a Kroger in a long time. It is usually in the peanut butter and jelly section but on the top shelves (is where I have gotten it) near where the Nutella and misc brands of hazelnut, almond and other spreads are sold. Not usually with the peanut butter itself. You can go on the Biscoff Facebook page and ask them and see if they can pinpoint a store for you. Biscoff Cookies is the name of their main page. They have contests for winning some from time to time there too. I hope this helps.
