Strawberry-Lemonade Cheesecake Ice Cream

This is a great treat to bring out for a get together or even a hot day by the pool. Strawberry-Lemonade Cheesecake will be hard to pass once you try it.

Strawberry-Lemonade Cheesecake Ice Cream ~ Combination of Sweet and Tangy Cool Treat

This Cool treat brings in a ton of flavors that pair perfectly together. Satisfying the sweet tooth and a hint of tang from the lemon zest. These are great for by the pool or pleasing a crowd for any get together.

Ingredients needed:

  • heavy whipping cream
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • cream cheese softened
  • lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • strawberries, diced

 How To Make:

Combine cream, sweetened condensed milk, and cream cheese until smooth.  

Fold in lemon juice and pour into freezer bowl of ice cream maker.  Follow manufacturers directions.

Pour ice cream into a freezer safe bowl and fold in strawberries and lemon zest.  

Freeze for 3 hours or until ready to serve.

Remove from freezer and allow to set about 15 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 pound strawberries diced

Instructions
