Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies
I heard that Nestle Kitchens was holding a holiday cookie contest and I knew I had to enter. Well it was so much fun entering their pie contest, especially when I won! So I made a note of the deadline. About a week before the deadline, I saw on twitter that there was one more day to enter. Somehow I had the deadline wrong!
So I got in the kitchen and went to baking. The result was Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies. I thought they were pretty good but after looking at the competition I wasn’t sure if they would be the winning cookie. Well they were good enough for runner up!
