Caramel Macchiato Ice Cream Pie
Remember this pie? I entered it into the Nestle Kitchens “There’s Always Room for Pie” contest and I WON!! This is my first food contest win and I am just so excited! Nestle Kitchens has a great write up on their blog with the recipe and professional photos of my pie that are totally drool-worthy! Plus you can check out the second and third place pies, which also look amazing. This was so much fun that I might have to try more recipe contests! Who knows, if I get lucky I might join the ranks of the top 3 chefs from Culinary Schools in Ohio who won the annual national “America’s Best Chefs” competition.
