Strawberry Nutella Muffins

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend.  We planted our corn and a few other things in the garden and are still finishing up a few remodeling things.  It has been raining like crazy, so inside work has been alright with me.  I have made a couple of recipes over the last couple of weeks from some of my favorite blogs and I wanted to share them in case you hadn’t tried them.  I didn’t change a thing from their recipes so I’ve included a link to each site so you can try them too.

Strawberry Nutella Muffins are the perfect summer breakfast and you know it has to be delicious with fresh strawberries and dollops of Nutella.  Maria from  Two Peas and Their Pod posted these a few weeks ago and I had to try them. I didn’t change a thing, so click here for the recipe.  They were so good that I barely shared them.  Be sure and take a look at all of her cookie recipes too.  Truly one of my favorite places to find surefire recipes.

Rudy's Creamed Corn

Rudy’s Creamed Corn, I have to tell you it’s like nothing I’ve ever had before.  My husband came through and was quite curious as to what was in the slow cooker, I promised it would be wonderful and it was.  This is from Amber at Bluebonnets and Brownies.  I adore Amber’s recipes, a lot of my kind of Tex-Mex  and down home Southern cooking.  I’ve also made her Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas and I tell you they are killer good.  Okay, back to the creamed corn, it cooks in the slow cooker all day and becomes sweet, creamy and a perfect side for summer barbecues.  I served it with grilled T-bones and baked sweet potatoes.  I think I will be adding it to Thanksgiving dinner as well and many meals in between.  Click here for the recipe, you have to promise to try this, it is so good!

Honestly, corn is my fave and I tend to eat from the can lol. Thanks for sharing the recipes Milisa and I look forward for more :)
