Outlaw Cheese Burgers with Roasted Red Onion-Jalapeno Mayo

The Cheese and Burger Society asked me to create a burger in celebration of burger month.  Head on over and check out the recipe.  Trust me this is one heck of a burger!

Enjoy!

I’ve been MIA for a week and look what you have been cooking up! This burger looks delicious, Milisa! Your photo is stunning, as usual. I am off to explore your site to see what else I have missed! :-)

Love the burgers name. Hahah. With the Jalapeno, how hot is the burger? I love hot food but my wife doesn’t. Though, if I made it and she didn’t like it, that means more for me right? Great recipe. Bookmarking and will be sure to try it out.

Chris, I scraped out the white parts and seeds from the jalapeno and it wasn’t too spicy. I’m a big sissy when it comes to hot stuff and I handled it fine. I ended up with more flavor than heat, so you’ll most likely have to share!

That mayo sounds fantastic. I am going to have to try that for our summer burgers.
