Wheee! Bein’ a WI girl myself, I feel like I know what’s what when it comes to cheese…and let me tell you what…this looks mighty fine :) Avocado+gouda? Count me way in…My Mister would heartily approve of these too…always a plus.

Made these last night for the fourth, Tommy said we have just started a new fourth of July menu.
These were the best sandwich we have ever ate. I made potatoe salad and we used ciabatta rolls. My goush they were so good. Nobody left one bite. Thank you Missy.
