Ingredients:
1 1 /4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Cooking Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add butter and brown sugar and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat until well combined. Add flour and baking powder and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into a greased 8″ x 8″ baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares.
Enjoy!

Milisa, these look amazing and so fluffy. Out of curiosity, do you think they would be healthier than just normal chocolate chip cookies?
